The Interagency Management Council (IMC) for Federal Telecommunications advises the Administrator of the General Services Administration on the management of all Federal telecommunications programs and policies;

provides a forum for agency participation in the planning and oversight of GSA's local and long distance telecommunications services (FTS2000, FTS2001, WITS); and

serves as a focal point for the development, coordination and customer-driven oversight of the technology programs of the Federal Government and related activities and organizations.
