2Q/08: Total number of Drill opportunities was miscounted in Dec 2007. One notification PAR in Dec 2007 did not meet the accuracy requirements and should not have been counted as successful. None of these changes resulted in an Indicator color change.

Licensee Comments:

2Q/08: ANS Successful siren test results for Aug 2007 were corrected to reflect 7 additional failures. This change did not result in an Indicator color change. Change in ANS Testing methodology in April 2008. HNP retired old siren system and placed new siren system in service. Actual testing process has not changed, however the total number of sirens has increased from 81 to 83.
