3Q/07: On 9/16/07, U1- Received annunciator 1-XA-55-6A, window 17, C3 Heater Level High and observed 1C3 extraction isolation valve, 1-FCV- 5-64, going closed. Indicated 1C3 Heater level on ICS was approximately 42 inches with the drain valve having a full open demand. Followed actions of ARP & 1-AOI-6-1B, LOW PRESSURE FEEDWATER HEATER STRING/EXTRACTION ISOLATION.
