Processing and analysis of 3D brain images involving MRI, fMRI, and PET.

    Automated segmentation and mensuration of different brain tissues in MRI and PET.

    Co-registration and warping of volumetric images from different subjects within the same modality, and from the same subject between different modalities.

    Statistical Analysis of functional images (PET, fMRI) by random field methods, Fourier transform, and wavelet decomposition.

    Time series analysis of fMRI volumes.
