Are All Seats Safe?
All car seats rated by NHTSA meet Federal Safety Standards & strict crash performance standards. While all rated seats are safe, they do differ in their ease of use in four basic catagories:

Manual storage is difficult to find and/or use. Incorrect or no illustration of proper child in restraint and installed in rear vehicle seat. Indication that the rear seat is the safest place for children is buried within text. No/Incorrect CRS name on the manual/seat.

Must remove or replace harness to convert to this mode.
Installation Features3 stars
Slack is possible with this belt-positioning device.
