About Us
Since its establishment in 1935, the National Labor Relations Board has served
the public interest by reducing interruptions in commerce caused by conflict
between private sector workers and employers. This section of nlrb.gov includes
information about the Agency's structure and its key personnel and their roles.
Here too is a general description of the
National Labor Relations Act, which can be accessed by
a link to its full text.
Also in this section, workers, employers and citizens can learn more about the
Agency's history, where to find the nearest NLRB local office and a listing of
