Laboratory Space

Set-Up Space
The NSLS has several rooms that can be used as set-up space. Rooms can be reserved for up to six weeks. To check availability and to request space, contact: Bob Kiss, NSLS Building Manager, (631) 344-3476.

Laboratories
A variety of laboratories are available at NSLS and for qualified users. Each beamline has an assigned laboratory. Users wishing to gain access to a beamline's laboratory should contact that beamline's personnel or its Lab Steward. In addition to assigned laboratories, there are several laboratories and facilities designated for general use. The general use laboratories and those in Building 510E are listed below. Those with asterisks (*) have hoods.
