DOING BUSINESS WITH THE FOREST SERVICE

General Information
We've changed the way we do business!
Important changes affecting the way the Forest Service does business with it's contractors and vendors have taken place. These changes affect the way solicitation and award information is made available for review, a faster method of payments, and an overall greater dependence on the Internet and electronic methods of doing business. The document "Important Contractor Information" outlines some of these changes, as well as some of the links to other government websites. The "Doing Business with Us" brochure provides more detailed information concerning the steps you need to take to access our solicitations.

As of October 1, 2003, the Federal Acquisition Regulations now require all contractors to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract or agreement. To register, simply click on this link -> Central Contractor Registration. Follow the instructions on the left side of the page which this link brings up.
