Welcome to the NWS Learning Center Information Site.

This page was developed to provide information and access to the NWS Learning Center. An employee training and development system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This site is part of the Commerce Learning Center (CLC) that was acquired so that all Department of Commerce (DOC) employees could participate in training and self-development activities. The system can host, monitor and track a wide variety of training delivery such as web-based, classroom, and virtual classroom training. Along with all of the NOAA and NWS training, the site will provide access to over 2,000 Skill Soft courses.

All NWS employees, onsite contractors, and volunteers with a NOAA email address can register to use the NWS Learning Center. You must have an account on the Learn Center to search for and complete training.
