Fair Housing Newsletters

 Information by State
 Print version

This year marks the 40th Anniversary of the passage of the Fair Housing Act, the federal law that prohibits discrimination in housing.

HUD believes that educating the public on their fair housing rights and responsibilities is a necessary step in reducing housing discrimination. We have developed several tools that enhance our fair housing education and outreach activities and help us effectively address the fair housing challenges we face today.

This newsletter is designed to update fair housing professionals on recent fair housing activities as well as educate the general public on fair housing. Each issue is published in a PDF format to allow for easy downloading and distribution.
