2006 Human Services Plan  The human services planning process includes the development of an annual, comprehensive human services plan that identifies issues, prioritizes problems and needs, determines which services could best meet the needs. This past year the plan includes a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Economic Security on the use of a portion of the state’s Social Services Block Grant funds (SSBG) and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funds for contracting in local communities. |
