CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 479

December 18, 2000

TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for Economic Outlook, Baseline Projections, and Budget Highlights: FY 1994 - FY 2001

In mid-January, the Clinton Administration plans to release the above subject document providing budget baseline estimates for Fiscal Years 2001-2011, a retrospective of the economic and budgetary highlights of the past 8 years, and a discussion of possible economic trends in the future.

This single-volume publication is expected to comprise 300 pages. Although rider rates have yet to be determined, your requisitions prior to production allow for the printing of these copies during regular press runs. This results in substantial savings, which we are then able to pass along to you. (Note that rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account.)

To take advantage of the rider rates, forward your requisitions to GPO by January 4, 2001. Be sure to include GPO Jacket Number 188-386 on your requisition and specify casebound or paper. If not specified, paper copies will be furnished. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC, area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork to GPO.

If you have any questions, please contact your GPO Account Representative or call the Departmental Account Representative Division on 202-512-0238.

Sincerely,

JIM BRADLEY
Director, Customer Services
