TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: U.S. Code, 1994 Edition, Supplement III

As referenced in Circular Letter 388, dated November 22, 1994, funding for the printing, binding, and distribution of the U.S. Code is no longer being provided to offices of the Executive and Judicial Branches out of Congressional Printing and Binding Funds.

This is to inform all departments and agencies that the Government Printing Office has established August 14, 1998, as the ABSOLUTE deadline for receipt of orders to ride the printing of the U.S. Code, 1994 Edition, Supplement III (which, depending on final page count, will comprise either five or six volumes to form a set). The estimated rider rate for a complete set is as follows:
Set,  if  comprising   five  volumes: Paper Copies:    $150
Casebound Copies:  $170
Set,   if  comprising   six  volumes:   Paper Copies: $180
Casebound Copies:  $204

The requisition should be made out for U.S. Code, 1994 Edition, Supplement III, riding Jacket 50-001, and forwarded to: U.S. Government Printing Office, Departmental Account Representative Division (Stop: CSA), North Capitol & H Streets NW., Washington, DC 20401. Specify paper or casebound copies. If not specified, paper copies will be furnished. Please note that this is a yearly publication, and it may be in your best interest to order aper copies rather than the more expensive casebound copies. Questions concerning this letter may be directed to the Congressional Printing Management Division on 202-512-0224, Attn: Alan Robertson.

Sincerely,

ROBERT G. COX
Superintendent,
Departmental Account Representative Division
