TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: Rider Orders for the Executive Summary and the Final Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon The United States (9-11 Commission)

The Government Printing Office (GPO) will be reprinting the Executive Summary and the final report of the 9-11 Commission. This Circular Letter is to give departments and agencies the opportunity to submit rider orders for these publications. Please note that the absolute deadline to submit your SF1s to GPO is Friday, August 20, 2004.

The rider rate for the Executive Summary and the final report is $4.50 (includes both publications). Please note that rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery and that mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Be sure to include Jacket Number 201-794 on your requisition. Please note the following address change for submitting your requisitions: U.S. Government Printing Office, Agency Publishing Services, (Stop: CSAA), North Capitol & H Streets NW, Washington, DC 20401, or fax your requisitions to 202-512-1260, Attn: Spurgeon Johnson.

Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork.
