NOTE: The Board of Health passed Regulation #08-01 on March 12, 2008 as an emergency. Because legislation adopted under emergency provisions lapse within 90 days, the Board re-adopted these regulatory provisions on April 17, 2008 as Regulation #08-02, therefore making them permanent rules and regulations.
