MAG COMMITTEE Regional Bicycle Task Force The Regional Bicycle Task Force is composed of representatives from the MAG member agencies, Valley Metro and the Coalition of Arizona Bicyclists. The Task Force has developed a Regional Bicycle Plan, the Regional Off-Street System (ROSS) Plan, and the Regional Bikeways Map. The Task Force also encourages the implementation of these plans by recommending bicycle-related projects for funding from federal and other sources.
