MAG COMMITTEE Street Committee The Street Committee includes local agency transportation planners and engineers. The committee makes recommendations on street projects to be funded with federal monies from the Transportation Equity Act (TEA-21) of 1998, and provides input for the five year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
