All images in the NEI Photos, Images, and Videos Catalog are free for non-commercial scientific and educational use. For these purposes, the images are freely available and may be used without special permission. Acknowledgement is required.

Commercial Use: Commercial use of copyrighted images requires notification of the copyright holder. Commercial use and conditions of use must be disclosed to and negotiated with the copyright holder. Use by non-profit organizations in connection with fundraising or product sales is considered commercial use. Please contact the copyright holder directly.
