IMPORTANT NOTICE!!
USDA IAS Helpdesk will be available the following
weekends to support the Fiscal Year 2008 end of year close:
September 20 & 21
September 27 & 28
September 29 & 30

The REE IAS Helpdesk will be closed during these weekends.
Effective June 9, 2008 the fax number and the express mail address for submission of IAS invoices will change. All automatic forwarding of express mail and faxes will cease on June 13, 2008. Please do not use any old fax numbers to submit duplicate copies of invoices to the NFC, New Orleans, Louisiana. This causes a backlog of invoices for NFC to review and process. The IAS-001 Invoice Cover Sheet for each agency in e-forms has been updated with the new fax number. If you have any personal “template” IAS-001 Invoice Cover Sheets, please update them with the new fax number to avoid delays in processing the invoice. See IAS Alert 2008-03 for the new fax numbers.
