How Federal Customers Participate in the AbilityOne Program

JWOD workers with hard hatsFederal acquisition professionals and purchase card holders play an important role in the success of the AbilityOne Program. Federal customers create employment opportunities for people who are blind or have other severe disabilities by purchasing AbilityOne products and services provided by nonprofit agencies employing such individuals, as well as by educating others in their respective agencies about the benefits of doing the same.

For more information on how to purchase AbilityOne products and services, please visit either the How to Buy Products or How to Buy Services pages of this website.

If you would like to become an advocate for the AbilityOne Program within your respective agency, please visit the AbilityOne Liaison Initiative page.

For more information on AbilityOne and federal agencies view our Federal FAQs.

To learn more about Federal employees who are making great strides in the creation of jobs under the AbilityOne Program, please visit the AbilityOne Hall of Fame.
