Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act
The Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act of 1998 (P.L.
105-270), requires federal agencies to submit to the Office of Management and
Budget inventories of commercial activities performed by federal employees every
year by June 30. The following PDF files are NLRB and OIG inventories of such
activities over the last several years.
