US/IAEA Safeguards Agreement

§ 50.78 Installation information and verification.

Each holder of a construction permit and each holder of a combined license shall, if requested by the Commission,
submit installation information on Form–71, permit verification thereof by the International Atomic Energy Agency, and take other action as may be necessary to implement the US/IAEA Safeguards Agreement, in the manner set forth in
§ 75.6 and §§ 75.11 through 75.14 of this chapter.
