General comments regarding the NESDIS implementation of the NOAA Partnership Policy may be submitted via e-mail to nesdis.partnership@noaa.gov or by postal mail to:

At a minimum, comments should include a brief description of the issue, suggestion, or concern you wish to convey, with sufficient detail for NESDIS to understand the issue.
