New USA Freedom Corps Director Named
President George W. Bush announced that he has named Henry C. Lozano to be Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of USA Freedom Corps. Mr. Lozano previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Californians for Drug-Free Youth, a non-profit organization working to bring parents, youth, schools, and communities together to create and support safe and healthy communities.

Helping America's Youth is a nationwide effort to raise awareness about the challenges facing our youth, particularly at-risk boys, and to motivate caring adults to connect with youth in three key areas: family, school, and community.
