Background
Tom Ruehle began his career with NOAA in 1973. He has worked on juvenile salmon fish passage studies at hydropower facilities on the Snake and Columbia Rivers. Through his duties as the Pasco station chief and manager of the Fisheries Engineering Program, Tom is responsible for the coordination of personnel, equipment, and resources necessary to implement research studies throughout the Columbia River drainage. He has a B.S. from the University of North Dakota.
