North America, the Energy Picture
This is the first report of the North America Energy Working Group. The group was established by the United States, Canada, and Mexico
in the spring of 2001 in order to foster communication and cooperation among the three governments on energy-related matters of common
interest and to enhance North American energy trade and interconnections. The U.S. delegation to the working group includes the U.S.
Department of Energy (lead agency), the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of State.
