TFOP Order Form
Please fax or mail your 2008 order Form 8635, Tax Forms Outlet Program Order Form, by September 19, 2008. If you have not received your order form by now, please call 1-800-829-2765 to place an order.
Important Information About Next Year's Ordering
If you want to continue in TFOP and receive tax products for future years, you will need to provide your e-mail address on Form 8635. Next year we will e-mail Form 8635 to you. To place an order you will need to electronically complete and return the order form to the IRS. Again, your e-mail address is required.
To ensure the accuracy of your e-mail address and to ensure you receive Form 8635 in the future, you must send an e-mail to us so that we can extract and save your correct e-mail address. Please take a moment to send us your e-mail address using the following steps:
- To: line - type 'LOOK@PUBLISH.NO.IRS.GOV'
- Subject: line - type 'TFOP E-MAIL ACCOUNT: + your account number'
Example:

Publication 533 and Publication 596 (SP) Alert
Publication 553, Highlights of 2007 Tax Changes, and Publication 596 SP, Earned Income Credit (Spanish Version), did not make the print deadline and will not be printed this year.
Since we are unable to get these products to the outlets before the filing deadline and the public demand for them is minimal after the filing deadline, we will not fill orders on them.
Publication 553 is now available to view and download.

Economic Stimulus Alert
In preparation for President Bush's Economic Stimulus Payments, the IRS staff responsible for federal tax forms distribution programs has been working with the American Library Association (ALA) to ensure participating libraries receive Economic Stimulus Payment related informational materials.
The following Economic Stimulus Payment materials and quanities will be automatically sent to your library location:

Tax Package 1040A-3, Information About Economic Stimulus Payments for Social Security, Veterans, and Other Beneficiaries, 100 copies

Publication 4670, Economic Stimulus - General Information Flyer, 100 copies

Publication 4672, Economic Stimulus - Economic Stimulus Poster, 2 copies
Tax Package 1040A-3 will also be available in Spanish. There will not be an automatic distribution of this package. If you need a supply, please contact the IRS to order. See contact information below.
Shipping information for these products will be posted on the Tax Forms Outlet Program Shipping Schedule page as soon as it is available.
