6.1 Departmental Reports. The following information as received from the Department of Agriculture is transmitted to the bureaus:
A. Watersheds Approved for Planning. List of watersheds by States approved for planning.
B. Work Plans Approved. List of watersheds for which work plans have been approved.
C. Status Reports. Periodic reports summarizing the areas by States which have been approved for planning and for installations.
6.2 Bureau Reports. Each bureau provides the following:
A. Expenditures. As per the agreement of December 4, 1956, between the Departments of Interior and Agriculture, each bureau furnishes reports to the Division of Fiscal Services as to fund expenditures in accordance with the procedures prescribed by General Order No. 125.
B. Watershed Planning. By July 31 of each year, a statement of the amount of funds spent by watershed for the preparation of work plans:
(1) Bureau funds expended during the preceding fiscal year.
(2) The amount received from the Department of Agriculture by reimbursement for planning during the preceding fiscal year.
(3) Estimated total funds required for the current fiscal year.
