15.1 Delegation. The Commissioner, Bureau of Reclamation, is delegated the Secretary
=s authority under section 7 of Public Law 103-435 to execute an agreement with the Gila River Indian Community that provides for reimbursement of funds to the Community. Upon execution of the agreement with the Gila River Indian Community, the Commissioner shall have ongoing authority over administration of the agreement.4/25/96 #3063
