4.1 Nondiscrimination Under Trans-Alaska Pipeline Permits.
A. Delegation. The Director, Bureau of Land Management is designated the Department Compliance Officer to perform functions prescribed in 43 CFR 27. The Director, Bureau of Land Management is also delegated the authority of the Secretary of the Interior granted by Section 403 of Public Law 93-153, 87 Stat. 576, to perform functions of the Department Compliance Officer as specified in the implementing regulations of 43 CFR 27. This authority, delegated by the Secretary, is subject to the authority of the Assistant Secretary - Land and Minerals Management.
4.2 Master Plan of Fort Mohave Development Area (Nevada).
A. Delegation. The Director, Bureau of Land Management is delegated the Secretary=s authority for administration of the Master Plan of Fort Mohave Development Area under the Fort Mohave Act of April 22, 1960 (74 Stat. 74), as amended by the Act of April 26, 1963 (77 Stat. 14), including the approval of modifications to such plan.
