Civil Rights Programs
The Civil Rights Division (CRD) provides advice, guidance and assistance on the implementation, management and compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity programs. Such programs include Affirmative Employment, Complaints Management, Special Emphasis Program, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Training, and Workforce Diversity. CRD's goal is to ensure fair and equal treatment to internal and external customers.

Special Emphasis Programs & Monthly Observances
Special Emphasis Programs (SEP) emphasize employment and advancement opportunities for underrepresented groups. They are an integral part of the Equal Employment Opportunity and Civil Rights Program.
