MIB Wing 4 Scheduled for Reoccupation Starting April/May 2008
The Modernization Program Office (MPO) has tentatively scheduled Bureaus and Offices (see table below) to move into the modernized wing 4 of the MIB in April/May of 2008. The renovation includes the addition of new stairwells for safety and kitchenettes for employee convenience.
The MPO is working with Bureaus and Offices to ensure the most efficient use of available space. The table below is a high level list of organizations that will be moving into wing 4 by floor. If you believe you should be moving into this wing and can not identify your organization, contact us for assistance. The MPO will keep occupants informed of changes, additions and updates through established organizational administrative contacts.

The Department of the Interiors’ (DOI) National Business Center (NBC) Main Interior Building (MIB) Modernization Program Office is the DOI liaison with the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Capital Region, Potomac Delivery Team. DOI provides Program Management expertise, and serves as the main point of contact for MIB occupants. GSA has the significant responsibility of the execution of the construction contract for this six-phase, $220 Million project.
