Contact information for ILCs throughout the Virgin Islands. ILCs provide people with disabilities advocacy and support services, including assistance with employment, transportation, housing, health care and living skills.

Works to enhance the quality of life of individuals with disabilities and their families and to provide them with the tools necessary to lead productive lives in the community by serving as a facilitator for training and connecting organizations with appropriate, qualified local and stateside trainers.
