Comptroller of the Currency Hosts Community Bank Directors Workshop
on Compliance Risk in Tulsa, Oklahoma

WASHINGTON — The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency will host a compliance risk workshop for national community bank directors at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel, Tulsa, Oklahoma, May 15.

The workshop entitled, “Compliance Risk: What Directors Need to Know,” provides practical information that expands bank directors' skills and understanding of issues facing their banks.

The workshop costs $65. Attendees receive a pre-course reading package, course materials, an OCC telephone seminar CD, other appropriate supervisory materials, a continental breakfast and lunch. Workshops are limited to the first 50 registrants and are geared primarily to outside directors of national community banks with assets of less than $1 billion. Management directors may also find the workshop beneficial.
