Effective September 18, 2008, all motions for payment of unclaimed funds will be heard by Judge Carol A. Doyle on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. (See Procedural Requirements for the Payment of Previously Unclaimed Funds)

September 18, 2008 will be the last court call before Judge John D. Schwartz on his pending cases
Please note that September 18, 2008 will be the last court call before Judge John D. Schwartz on his pending cases. Shortly after that date all pending cases currently assigned to him will be reassigned to other Judges of this Court. Notices will be sent to all parties regarding reassignments. Judge Schwartz will continue to mediate cases. Matters for mediation may be set up by contacting his Judicial Assistant, Cindy Grossman, at 312-435-5652 or through email at cindy_grossman@ilnb.uscourts.gov.

Dupage County Temporary Courtroom Change for September 5, 2008
Please be advised that on Friday, September 5, 2008 Judge Squires will hear his cases in courtroom 4012 instead of courtroom 4016 on this date only.
There will be signs posted. Renoticing or amending current motions set for this date is "not" necessary.

General Order 08-02 Regarding Electronic Filing of Documents
Effective August 26, 2008
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all attorneys must comply with the Administrative Procedures for the Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System, approved February 17, 2004 and amended from time to time, that require attorneys to file all documents in electronic format.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that failure to comply with the Administrative Procedures will result in the issuance of a notice of hearing of rule to show cause before the Chief Judge to the attorney responsible for filing documents in paper form. Failure to appear at the rule to show cause hearing may result in counsel being held in contempt of court and the imposition of other sanctions.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, in accordance with the Administrative Procedures, individuals without legal representation may file documents in paper form.
