SPI Releases Third Quarter Plastics Machinery Statistics
U.S. manufacturers and importers of primary plastics machinery and equipment shipped $185 million worth of primary machinery (excluding components and auxiliary equipment) in the third quarter of 2008, according to the latest equipment statistics released today by the SPI Committee on Equipment Statistics.
Applications are Due by April 1 for the First International Plastics Design Competition, to be Co-Located with NPE2009
The Alliance of Plastics Processors (APP) is now accepting applications for the International Plastics Design Competition (IPDC), which will co-locate with NPE2009 on June 22-26 at Chicago's McCormick Place. The IPDC will be the first competition produced by the APP that is open to innovative products from any country in the world and for use in any end market.
