Overview
This workshop is designed for lawyers in executive and management positions or those aspiring to be leaders in the legal arena. Its goal is simple: to make you a better leader and to teach you how to help others to become better leaders. This interactive and hands-on course covers all of the principal theories, concepts, and styles found to be most effective for lawyers in leadership roles. You will assess your leadership skills, aptitude, and strengths, identifying areas for improvement and isolating the most effective strategies. You will discover the best leadership approaches for adjudicating, mediating, and arbitrating, and learn more about motivating yourself and others. New developments in the field of ethics and whistle blowing will also be discussed in depth throughout the course.
