Overview

This fast-paced seminar will engage you at the most intense level of learning and action. You will leave with a personal roadmap to successfully transform your organization, and a working mastery of the concepts, tools, and practices necessary to initiate, manage, and lead that change. No other transformation program provides you with a network of fellow executives from across the public sector who will share your challenges and triumphs.
