TRACK COACH ARRESTED

On September 19, 2003 at approximately 2:30PM Lodi Police detectives arrested Andre Lamont Walker, age 35, of Lodi for 261.5 PC Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a minor.  He is currently being held on bail. 

This arrest stems from an ongoing investigation where it has been alleged the victim, a 17 year old female became acquainted with Walker while coaching her in track at Tokay High School.  An alleged consensual sexual relationship ensued which eventually was brought to the attention of Lodi Police.  In addition to coaching Track at Tokay High, Walker is employed at Lodi High School as campus security.
