The Lodi Police Department invites citizens to attend the Northeast District “Meet the Beat” at Lawrence Elementary School on Thursday, April 24, 2003. Citizens will have a chance to meet and talk with the Police Officers who patrol the Northeast District.
“Meet the Beat” is being held in connection with the Lawrence Elementary School Cinco de Mayo Celebration. Free games include bingo, races, relays, musical chairs and more. Food booths will be selling chicharrones, nachos, and much more.
The Lodi Police K9 demonstration will be held at 4:00 PM. Also on hand will be the SWAT Van, Motor Officers, Bomb/Arson Unit, Animal Control, Crime Prevention, and the Fire Department.
This is a great opportunity for families to learn about services available through the Lodi Police Department, and other agencies in the County.
