Drive By Shooting

  The Lodi Police Department is investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred in front of 107 N. Sacramento St. at approx 0236 HRS this morning.  A young adult male was shot several times while he stood outside of the Napa Auto Parts store near several downtown bars.  The male was transported by ambulance to Lodi Memorial Hospital with gun shot wounds to his head and lower extremities.  A red Acura occupied by several people was seen leaving the area at the time of the shooting and is being considered as a suspect vehicle at this time.  The Lodi Police Department is still investigating and developing leads at this time and will update as new information is obtained.
