President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Reggie Waller upon arrival at the airport in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, May 24, 2006. Waller is a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern Pennsylvania and the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer, called a USA Freedom Corps greeter, when he travels throughout the United States. President Bush has met with more than 500 individuals around the country, like Waller, since March 2002.
