Please note that September 18, 2008 will be the last court call before Judge John D. Schwartz on his pending cases. Shortly after that date all pending cases currently assigned to him will be reassigned to other Judges of this Court. Notices will be sent to all parties regarding reassignments. Judge Schwartz will continue to mediate cases.
