The Dual-Use List contains materials and equipment that are considered to be controlled commodities that either cannot be exported or that require an export license because of the potential for misuse. The list is an up-to-date database maintained by Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) and has interactive search capabilities. The list contains brief subject identifiers that can be expanded by "clicking" on the particular item to acquire a detailed specification listing. |
