Greg Orlando - Legal Advisor, Wireline
Greg Orlando most recently served as Legislative Director and Counsel to Representative Mike Ferguson. While in that position, he handled and advised on all issues under the jurisdiction of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet, including video franchising, content protection and DTV transition legislation. Prior to joining Representative Ferguson’s staff, Mr. Orlando served as Legislative Director to Congressman John Doolittle, handling House Appropriations Committee work, telecommunications and campaign finance reform issues. Mr. Orlando received his B.A. from Fordham University, and his J.D. from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law.

Amy Blankenship - Legal Advisor
Amy Blankenship most recently served as Counsel to U.S. Senator Sam Brownback on the Senate Judiciary Committee. In that role, she advised the Senator on a variety of legislation and nominations, including the nominations of two Supreme Court Justices. Ms. Blankenship also oversaw Commerce Committee legislation, such as the passage of the Broadcast Decency Act of 2005. Prior to joining Senator Brownback's staff, Ms. Blankenship served as Legislative Counsel to U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions, where she advised the Senator on crime legislation and judicial nominations. Ms. Blankenship received her bachelor's degree from Auburn University and her law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Wayne Leighton - Special Advisor, Wireless & International
Wayne Leighton joined Commissioner Deborah Taylor Tate's office in July 2007, having previously worked in the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau since 2001, where, among other responsibilities, he held a leadership role in drafting the service rules for the 700 MHz band. He was on leave from the Commission in 2004-2005, during which time he conducted research on Latin American spectrum policies while based at Francisco Marroquín University in Guatemala City, Guatemala, where he also taught courses in business and economics. Prior to joining the Commission, he was a senior economist with the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs and, prior to that position, was Executive Vice President of the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation. He holds a B.B.A. in business and a B.S. in economics from Texas A&M University, and M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University.
Susan Fisenne
Susan Fisenne - Confidential Assistant
Susan Fisenne is the Confidential Assistant to Commissioner Tate. Prior to joining Commissioner Tate's office Fisenne served as a Staff Assistant in the Office of Chairman Kevin Martin. Prior to joining the Chairman's staff in June 2005, Fisenne enjoyed a few short years as a stay-at-home Mom, was a substitute teacher, and was a kindergarten instructional assistant. Before her career as a stay-at-home Mom, Fisenne worked for 14 years as a Legal Secretary for the law firm of Fisher Wayland Cooper Leader & Zaragoza LLP and has also worked as a Court Reporter.
Diana Huynh
Diana Huynh - Staff Assistant
Diana Huynh is the Staff Assistant in Commissioner Tate's office. Prior to joining the Commission, Ms Huynh worked at the Export-Import Bank of the United States as the Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Small Business. Before her career with the federal government, Ms. Huynh worked at private financial institutions for more than ten years. Ms. Huynh is a Notary Public for the District of Columbia. She received her education in Hong Kong and worked as an Executive Assistant at the Chinese University of Hong Kong before she came to the States. She can be reached at 202-418-2503.
