NOAA Ship Miller Freeman

The Miller Freeman conducts a wide variety of operations from fisheries research, oceanographic studies, to trawl gear testing. Currently the Miller Freeman has projects with groups such as National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), the Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL), and a variety of ancillary projects. The Miller Freeman works in the California, Oregon, and Washington coasts as well as the Gulf of Alaska and the Bering Sea.
