Regents of the University of California are scheduled to hold a regular meeting today and Thursday at the Krutch Theatre on the UC, Berkeley Clark Kerr Campus.
The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m., (Mountain Standard Time). The meeting continues Thursday and among items on the agenda is an informational report from the regents' committee on oversight of the Department of Energy national laboratories. This agenda item is scheduled to begin at 12:45 p.m. (MST) on Thursday. The university operates the Laboratory for DOE.
Also on Thursday's agenda, the regents will consider action on the university's 2005 financial report, continued out-of-state tuition waiver for dependents of Laboratory employees, adoption of a resolution for alumni association affinity programs and modifications for the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory contract related to changes in the federal acquisition regulations.
