CAP.
The Computer/Electronic Accomodations Program (CAP) is the
United States federal government's centrally-funded accomodation
program. CAP assists the DoD Exceptional Family Member Program
(EFMP) in meeting communication accessibility requirements as
well as individual requirements of EFMP members and employees
with disabilities.
Military
Benefits. If you are a military person and intend for your
dependents to receive military benefits, whether you are engaged
in active duty, are a retiree, or upon your death, keep in mind
that income from military programs may be part of an estate established
for a child with a disability.
STOMP
(Specialized Training of Military Parents) is a federally
funded Parent Training and Information (PTI) Center established
to assist military families who have children with special education
or health needs. STOMP began in 1985, it is a project of Washington
PAVE, and is funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of
Education.

NICHCY
is the national information center that provides information on
disabilities and disability-related issues. Anyone can use their
servicesfamilies, educators, administrators, journalists,
students. Their special focus is children and youth (birth to
age 22).

John Tracy Clinic. Provides free audiological, early intervention and preschool services for babies and children who are deaf or hard of hearing and their families. Their goal is to identify children with a hearing loss and to provide free educational support for their parents through onsite programs and worldwide Distance Education.
