New Employee Benefits

Learn about your benefits options prior to your new hire orientation by selecting a presentation appropriate for your hiring status:

• LANS Regular Employee (Full benefits package)
• LANS Regular Employee (Core benefits package) no monthly fee
• LANS Regular Employee (Limited Term benefits package)

Each presentation provides an overview of your benefits and necessary enrollment forms. It is important that you review your presentation prior to orientation to assist in the completion of your insurance enrollment.

During your new hire orientation you will briefly meet with a benefits representative to review your options, answer any questions you may still have, and confirm that you have completed the form correctly.  You will have a Period of Initial Eligibility (PIE) of 31 days from your hire date to enroll in benefits.
