• A test version of a visit-specific primary care questionnaire.
• Alternative response scales.

During the Webcast, you will have an opportunity to ask your own questions. You are also welcome to submit questions in advance to cahps1@ahrq.gov.

Representatives of medical groups, health plans, health systems, survey vendors, and other organizations interested in measuring and reporting quality at the level of medical groups and individual clinicians.
